What to expect during the consultation.

We understand how overwhelming this journey can feel, so please come as you are. Every consultation is shaped around your child and your family’s needs, so no two are identical. Generally, most parents ask for these five aspects:

Understanding your concerns

We’ll take time to learn about your child’s development, listen to your concerns, understand your family’s goals, and answer any questions you have. If you’re seeking a second opinion, we’re happy to share our clinical perspective.

In person only

Child observation

One of our experienced clinicians — including our Directors or Consultants — will spend time observing your child in a relaxed, informal setting. It helps us understand their strengths, communication, learning style, and where they may benefit from support.

Personalized feedback & recommendations

We’ll share our initial clinical insights and personalized recommendations — suggested therapy goals, program intensity, and potential next steps based on your child’s individual needs.

Learn about Autism Partnership

We’ll introduce you to the Autism Partnership Method (APM®), explain how programs are individualized for each child, and answer your questions about our approach, ABA therapy, and what treatment might look like for your family.

You’ll tour our purposefully designed center, meet members of our team, and experience the learning environment where your child may receive therapy.

    For parents that have concerns about their child’s development or would like some advice on what to do to help their child and learn more about our services, AP welcomes any parent to book a free 1-hour consultation with our consultant. We will meet with the family to identify the child’s areas of strength and weakness. We will also provide clinical advices.
